I have spent more than a decade working at the intersection of business, community development, and organizational leadership. My experience includes serving as the Economic Development Manager for the City of Prince Albert, and supporting business growth through the Prince Albert and District Chamber of Commerce, Community Futures, and the Downtown Business Improvement District.

This work has given me a deep understanding of how organizations function, where they struggle, and what they need in order to grow with stability and purpose.
